- Add 640g of ProSoy Container Wax to a wax melter or a double boiler, and heat gently until it reaches 80°C.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool to 70°C.
- Add 64g of your chosen Fragrance Oil and stir thoroughly.
- Add Neon Pink Dye Chips and mix until fully dispersed and desired shade is achieved.
- Attach the Wedo Eco Wick 12 to the base of the Glass Candle Jar using a Wick Stick Um.

Top Tip: Warm your candle jar slightly before pouring to reduce shrinkage or use a heat gun or warm water — ensure glass is completely dry. - Allow wax to cool to approximately 60°C, then carefully pour into your candle jar.
- Leave to fully set. Trim wick to approximately 1cm. Use a heat gun to smooth the surface if needed. Your Pink Candle is ready to enjoy.
Pink candles are a timeless choice for adding warmth, romance, and personality to any space. Whether you’re crafting for Valentine’s Day, a thoughtful gift, or simply adding a soft feminine touch to your home, making your own pink candle is a rewarding and creative experience.
Using ProSoy Container Wax ensures a smooth, clean burn, while neon pink dye chips deliver a bold and vibrant colour. Pair your candle with a floral, fruity, or romantic fragrance to enhance the mood and atmosphere.
Coloured candles are more than decorative — they can influence ambience and emotion. Pink symbolises love, affection, and gentle energy, making it ideal for bedrooms, self-care spaces, or gift sets.

1. What Colourants Are Best For Candles?
-
Dye Chips – Strong, stable colour with minimal impact on burn
-
Liquid Dyes – Highly concentrated and easy to blend
-
Mica Powders – Add shimmer but must be fully dispersed to prevent wick clogging
2. Where Does The Wax Go When A Candle Burns?
As the candle burns, melted wax is drawn up the wick, vaporised, and combusted by the flame, releasing fragrance into the air.
3. Should You Burn A Candle To The Bottom?
No. Stop burning when 1–2cm of wax remains to prevent overheating and potential glass breakage.
4. How Long Should I Let My Candle Cure?
For best scent performance, allow your candle to cure for 7–14 days before burning.
