To ensure optimal wick performance, we also recommend purchasing one size larger and one size smaller to account for burn variations caused by different fragrance oils. Transit & Breakage Policy

We recommend ordering 10% extra to allow for any potential damage during transit.

In the event that items are damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) only. To qualify, clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and original packaging, must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
