This item is hand-finished, and as such, small variations or minor imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not affect performance.
- Our wick recommendations are based on extensive internal burn testing. To ensure optimal wick performance, we also recommend purchasing one size larger and one size smaller to account for burn variations caused by different fragrance oils. In the event that items are damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) only. To qualify, clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and original packaging, must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
