To ensure optimal wick performance, we also recommend purchasing one size larger and one size smaller to account for burn variations caused by different fragrance oils. In the event that items are damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) only. To qualify, clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and original packaging, must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
