Please note: Coupons can only be redeemed for use on our online store. They are sent digitally, not as a physical voucher.

Vouchers are sent by email to the person placing the order. Each email contains a unique code to enter on our website and a printable PDF gift voucher containing the same code which can be printed and sent as a gift if desired.

To redeem your voucher, simply enter the unique code into the ‘Coupon Code’ field at checkout. The full value of the voucher (including VAT) will be deducted from your order total. Please note, your order must be equal to or greater than the voucher value, excluding shipping costs.

Only one voucher code can be used per order. Voucher codes cannot be applied to shipping charges. To avoid needing multiple vouchers for one purchase, please choose a single voucher amount that covers your intended order value.
