- Our wick recommendations are based on extensive internal burn testing. To ensure optimal wick performance, we also recommend purchasing one size larger and one size smaller to account for burn variations caused by different fragrance oils. - Our double-wall glasses are individually hand-blown, and raised glue seals may apply on the base.
Transit & Breakage Policy

We recommend ordering 10% extra to allow for any potential damage during transit.

In the event that items are damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s) only. To qualify, clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and original packaging, must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
