For this customer story, we get to hear from Toni, owner of newly established small business; Tiny Scents. Taking inspiration from her children and her customers Tiny Scents is a small business that is just about to take off. Let’s get to know Toni and her business a bit more below.
Toni started out making her own diffusers because she was sick of poor smelling highstreet scents, and it’s just taken off from there. She is now in the process of registering and starting up her own small sideline business. She even told us how much she loves our scents and how much her customers enjoy our scents in her products. Toni makes her very own diffusers and car air fresheners whilst her friend makes wax melts alongside her. But what inspired Toni to get started? Simply, she just bought the stuff that she needed and she got started, simple as that. When it comes to selecting scents for her newly established business, Toni chooses them through personal preference and what’s selling well. She also makes sure that she asks her customers what they would like, and creates lists of fragrances to try based on her customer’s preferences.
In order to get her business off the ground, Toni needed to get her brand a name. Her logo is just a standard this is what I do, but her business name has a much deeper meaning. Toni calls her kids tiny, which inspired Tiny Scents. Once the name was established, no more was said and it was used. Wrapped together in a nice business bundle, Tiny is after the kids and scents because that’s what she does.
