Returns policy for UK customers
We will gladly refund all goods up to 30 days from when the items have been delivered.
Please note, all goods must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund.
To return your goods, simply click on the link below to initiate the return. You will need to have your order ID and email address.

Please allow 10 working days to process your return one your return has arrived back to us.
When processing your refund £4.50 per parcel will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We regret that we cannot refund any outbound shipping costs.
Returns policy for international customers
If you are an international customer and want to return an item, please contact our customer service team using the ‘contact us’ form.
Incorrect items sent, faulty or damaged products
If you have received either a faulty incorrect or damaged item, please use our contact us form to make us aware of the issue within 48 hours of receipt of your products, in your email be sure to include your order number, photo evidence, a small description of the issue and any other relevant information such as batch codes and our customer service team will be on hand to rectify the issue.
We strongly recommend ordering 10% extra on glass products to account for any damages that may happen in transit. In the event that glass items are damaged during transit, we will issue refunds only for the damaged items.
