Please note that diffuser bases are solvents and may damage painted surfaces. To avoid removing paint, take care not to spill the diffuser base on the painted areas of the bottle. Any spills should be wiped up immediately, and caution should be used when flipping the reeds.

In the event that glass items are damaged during transit, we will only issue a refund for the damaged item. To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the item and packaging, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We do not cover damages resulting from mishandling after delivery.
