Yellow PCD Liquid Dye
Personal Care Dyes (PCD) are cosmetic dyes perfect for making a range of personal care products. From soap making to bath bombs, shampoos to body sprays and much more, our Yellow PCD Liquid Dye is perfect for use in water-based solutions. These colours do not work in wax based products such as candles, wax melt, bath melts, lip balms etc.
Liquid dyes are designed to be extremely soluble in water. Therefore, extensive mixing should not be necessary. We always recommend measuring dyes by weight only. This colourant is glycerine based, with a thicker solution meaning a little goes a long way.
Recommended Usage:
- Pale Shades – 0.02% or less
- Medium Shades – 0.05% – 0.1%
- Dark Shades – 0.3%
If you are purchasing a 500g or 1kg size we suggest purchasing a twist top nozzle to your order to help decant the dye from the bottle more easily.
