This product is specially handmade and hand painted, therefore small imperfections may occur.
If your burner looks like it is smoking when in use, this is ‘vapour mist’ and indicates that the wax is heated fully enough that the fragrance oil is being released.
Additional: We recommend ordering 10% extra to account for any damages that may happen in transit. In the event that glass items are damaged during transit, we will only issue a refund for the damaged item. To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the item and packaging, within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We do not cover damages resulting from mishandling after delivery.
