A greener way to craft! As we hurtle towards summer, there is truly nothing better than summer flowers, plants and herbs which is why we’ve launched a brand new collection that offers just that!
Our seeded dust covers are a great eco-friendly alternative to standard dust covers. Perfect for protecting your candles against dust and debris, a dust cover is essential for any candle!
They are made from recycled waste paper which is embedded with seeds, good for your candle and even better for the environment!
When the paper is planted in soil the paper biodegrades while the seeds grow, leaving no waste behind.
They fit snuggly into our 20cl glasses but can also be used in our 30cl glasses with approx. a 5mm gap around the outside, so they can be used across the majority of our glassware.
When your candle is finished and you have no wax left to burn, clean your jar with hot soapy water and leave to dry! Then fill your jar with 1-2cm of small stones, top it up with soil, place your seeded paper on top and cover with a final thin layer of soil.
Water lightly and watch the Basil grow! Pretty cool right?
